I have started up and run my own successful businesses and I am able to offer help in all aspects of developing small to medium size businesses. I also have a vast range of experience working with family run businesses which sometimes face different challenges, as well as the farming fraternity.

I have been responsible for the planning and implementation of many projects during my career and have considerable skills and experience in a wide range of sectors. Holding the post of Director of Business and Commercial Development for Weymouth College I was responsible for developing their employer engagement strategy and the implementation of the Start-Up Business project at Poundbury and Weymouth.
